We will contact you 24 hours before your appointment to confirm your booking
On the day of your appointment please arrive on time to relax and enjoy your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please be aware that we may have to reschedule your appointment.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request a minimum of 24-hours’ notice. You will be charged the cost of the service booked for late cancellations and “no shows”.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit cards and cash.
PARKING
We have a valet service available to all our clients with a booking please let us know at the time of booking whether you will require the service and we will be ready to greet you.

Our salon is open from Monday to Sunday, between 9 am and 8 pm but operational timings vary during public holidays and special promotional periods.

Gift Cards are available in the form of a card or electronically. Please enquire at our reception for further details. The card can be loaded with the desired amount and is valid for 12 months.
We are currently a ladies only beauty salon.
Pierre is our male Artistic Director however we do have a private room for all hair and beautly treatments and female hair stylists.
The salon is equipped with WIFI please ask one of the Hair by Pierre team upon arrival for the password.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your service.
Tipping is left to your discretion. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.
